The DIRECTV MFH2 System is a single-wire solution for distributing all DIRECTV Ku/Ka satellite bands from each orbital satellite slot into a Multi- Dwelling Unit (MDU) via a single homerun wire. This technology enables a customer to receive all of DIRECTV’s programming and services on multiple receivers inside a customer’s premise. The main technology element for MFH2 is the eight (8) channel Single Wire Multi-Switch module (SWM-8) and the six slot FMC-6 chassis.
